I have never had such prompt professional service from any company. 1.  Accepted the quote and paid deposit Thursday 11am.    Scaffolding and lads arrived 2pm and up went the scaffolding…FIRST WOW 2.  Roofers arrived and started work at 8 am on Friday morning, Dunkin Donuts for morning tea and a full days work from all    …2ND  WOW 3.  Here are the men working again 8 am Monday morning. Another full plus day.. and hey presto, “Your roof is finished, we’ll be back tomorrow for the scaffolding, all the paths swept and blown, all rubbish picked up…..3RD. WOW 4.  Tuesday, scaffolding gone, photos of new roof sent through by Peter. So new overlay roof in 2 full days and 2 half days, unbelievable, but true. A 2,000m² long run steel reroof across six individually owned industrial units. We coordinated every owner, trade and roofing component from start to finish, including membrane gutters, clear sheets, flashings and penetrations.

20 Oates Road

A full reroof and TPO membrane guttering on a Ministry of Social Development site that stayed open throughout. We also rerouted the overflow to discharge safely outside the building.

Can you replace long run cladding and roof framing at the same time?

Yes. We can replace damaged or deteriorated long run roof cladding as part of the roofing works. Where required, we can also repair or replace roof framing components within our scope, including purlins and rafters, helping ensure the roof is properly supported before the new cladding is installed.
