I recently got Peter and Auckland Commercial Roofing in to replace a roof for one of my clients before we put their property on the market. It wasn’t a huge roof, but there was plenty going on—lots of penetrations, old air conditioning units to remove, and an air conditioning engineer and electrician needed to get it all sorted.

After a frustrating experience with the previous roofer, Peter was a breath of fresh air. He took ownership of the whole job, organised the trades and worked around the six tenants in the building. He made what could have been a stressful process really straightforward.

The job was finished within the agreed timeframe, my client was very happy, and Peter came up with some clever, practical solutions that helped keep the costs down too.

This is the third roof Peter has done for my clients, and I’ve been really happy every time. As an agent, having someone you can trust to take charge and get things sorted makes a huge difference.

I’d happily recommend Peter and Auckland Commercial Roofing, especially if you’ve got a tricky commercial roofing job that needs someone who knows what they’re doing.

Peter came to see me personally and we discussed what needed doing. Initially it was going to be just a repair job on a verandah roof, but it soon became obvious that my main roof needed replacing. The 63 year old tiles were loose and worn. The workers were thorough, and very pleasant to deal with. And it didn’t take them long to finish a big job. Next on the list was the verandah roof which I decided to replace. But it became more complex than first thought because the structural integrity was very poor. We’re almost at the finish line, but again, the thoroughness and attention to detail are outstanding. Highly recommend.

Really happy with the work Auckland Commercial Roofing did on our building. Being so close to the ocean, we needed a roof that could handle the salt air and coastal weather. The team knew what they were doing, were easy to deal with and did a great job from start to finish. Good communication, quality workmanship and no hassles. Went the extra mile to meet all expectations. I especially valued their recommendation to replace the gutters. We as owners do not realise just how needed it was. Highly recommend and thank you.

Our large factory roof was over 40 years old and, being located close to the shoreline, years of exposure had caused significant corrosion to the metal roofing. The internal gutters were also leaking in multiple areas, and after years of ongoing maintenance, we knew it was time for a more permanent solution.

We contacted several commercial roofing contractors before choosing Peter and his team at Auckland Commercial Roofing. From the outset, Peter was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His quotation was detailed, clearly outlining the issues with the existing roof and the work required.

What impressed us most was Peter’s practical and pragmatic approach. Rather than unnecessarily overcomplicating the project, his expert advice helped us find the right solutions and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars.

Given the size of the factory and the extent of the work involved, we expected the project to be disruptive. Instead, the entire job ran seamlessly and was completed quicker than we anticipated. Peter and his team were organised, professional and clearly very experienced in large commercial roofing projects.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished result. I would have no hesitation in using Auckland Commercial Roofing for our next building and would highly recommend Peter and his team to anyone looking for an experienced, reliable and professional commercial roofing contractor.
